With regards to our SLB KPI-related measurements, in 2023, we achieved a 37.8% reduction in scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared to the 2021 baseline.

We are committed to preserving the environment and reducing our carbon footprint for both people and the planet.

In 2023, we increased female representation in management teams to 48% and continued to support parental leave and remote work, which has proven to enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance.
